Extrusion
Extrusion of plastics and rubbers: This process is principally done through heating an extrudable polymeric thermoplastic material through a pre-designed die orifice and colled immediately by passing the same into series of water baths and straightening machines, thereby making tubes and pipes, rods etc.
Features: Custom tooling needed, precise dimensions and details, suitable normally for long runs only.
Typical parts: Pipes, tubes, flexible hoses, extruded sections like window frames, skylight frames using materials like ABS, PP, PVC, foamed PVC,PVC and other host of materials.
Max. part size: 5 mm diameter to 600 mm diameter, any length.
Note: For parts made by this process, we will send offers within 10 working days.
