However, in the unexpected event of a defect being found, we will replace defective part(s) free of cost, provided that the defect is brought to our notice within 7 days from the date of receipt of parts at your end.

A: Yes, we provide access rights to customer on registering with us, so that the customer can log into our server to monitor the progress of work at our end.
Q: Can I make a change to my order in terms of quantity or design?
A: Yes, a registered customer can log into our server to request a change to the order. We will check and confirm within 24 hours if such request can be accommodated, along with applicable change in price or delivery time.
